Handcrafted one off vessel collaboration by John Kaye and Degoey Planet

This piece celebrates the creation found in destruction, featuring intended crumbles, brakes, cracks and holes. Formed from stoneware clay in the classic David Deux Fois style vase, then broken by hand and painted by John Kaye with underglaze and completed with a high gloss glaze finish.

Each element of this piece has been produced by the artists given practice, irregularities in size, texture, glaze and design are the result of the making process which we welcome and embrace
